Randy is the band’s bureaucratic business-obsessed Bari Sax player. To keep the others from squabbling, he somehow convinced the rest of the band to implement a full set of by-laws and Robert’s Rules of Order to make decisions.

He’s determined to turn the worst type of enterprise in history–an indie rock band–into a profitable business empire.
